Life in America was born on the 4th of July, 2001. For more than 5 years there's been a new photograph every week (well, almost) that showed how we live our everyday lives. It was a creative outlet for me when I needed it. It has been a labor of love. Now I've retired from newspapers and have created a new website, www.lifeincorydon.com, for which I shoot 2-3 picture stories a week.
Frankly, I don't have the time and energy to devote to Life in America that I used to. So I'm going to do it in a different way that is less time and work for me. The main page will have one picture, like always, but the wisdom and archives will be accessible only from the left-hand column. Wisdom is reachable with the yin-yang symbol and the archives are accessible from any one of the bullets. Neither the wisdom nor the archives will be updated.
But, the good news is that if you liked Life in America, you should like Life in Corydon. Visit there and see.
And thank you all for your pictures and your support.
