If you'd like to submit a picture, we'd be happy to consider publishing it here. It must, however, conform to our pledge. By submitting a picture you are accepting the terms of the pledge and affirming that the photograph complies.
We also need the name of the copyright owner and their permission to publish your picture. And we'll need to know if you want your email linked to your credit, if the picture is accepted for use here.
There is no payment for pictures published at Life in America. They will remain a part of our archives until you specify otherwise, but we will not sell them in any form. Requests for sales will be referred to you.
Technical specs:
We prefer jpegs, saved as "high" quality, 750 pixels wide at 72dpi. All pictures should be ready to publish. Please don't send raw files.
We won't publish a picture without a caption, even though some captions may end up being brief. Please submit as much information as possible. Technical info like f/stop and shutter speed is unneccessary.
